Thank you for choosing Arteefak for your bespoke furniture and home decor needs. These terms and conditions govern the process of designing and purchasing custom products from Meraki Lestari Indonesia.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with our consultation process and ordering custom-designed products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with the consultation or order any products.

  1. Consultation and Custom Orders
  • Consultation Process: All orders begin with a personal consultation, which can be scheduled through our website or directly via our contact details. During the consultation, we will discuss your needs, preferences, and the scope of your custom design project.
  • Design Fee: A non-refundable design fee is applicable for each custom design order (SOD). This fee covers the costs associated with the initial design and consultation phase.
  • Order Confirmation: Following the consultation, we will provide a proposal that includes the design, estimated cost, and timeline for your approval. Your order will proceed only after you approve this proposal and pay the required deposit.
  1. Pricing and Payment
  • Pricing: Prices for custom orders will be determined based on the design complexity, materials chosen, and other specifics of the project as discussed during the consultation.
  • Payment Terms: A deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required to commence work on your project, with the balance due upon completion before delivery. We accept payments via bank transfer or other agreed-upon payment methods.
  1. Delivery and Shipping
  • Production Time: Production typically takes approximately 10-12 weeks; however, this may extend for orders of higher complexity.
  • Delivery Arrangements: Specific terms, including timing and any applicable charges, will be discussed during the consultation and are dependent on the customer’s location.
  • Shipping and Handling: We ensure that all products are packed with care to prevent damage during transit. The customer is responsible for any additional insurance costs.
  1. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Cancellations: Cancellations are not allowed once the deposit has been paid and the design has been approved.
  • Refunds: Refunds are not allowed once the design has been approved and the deposit has been made.
  1. Claims and Warranty
  • Manufacturing Defects: We offer a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. Claims for defects must be reported within a reasonable timeframe and supported by adequate proof, including photos or videos at the time of unpacking.
  • Quality Assurance: Prior to shipment, customers have the right to request photos to confirm the condition and specifications of the products.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • Usage of Designs: The designs and bespoke products created by us are our intellectual property. These designs cannot be replicated or used without explicit written permission from Meraki Lestari Indonesia.
  1. Modifications and Customization
  • Change Requests: Requests for modifications to design or specifications after approval must be made in writing and may be subject to additional charges.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Environmental Influences: We advise that environmental conditions such as humidity, temperature, and lighting can affect the materials over time. Arteefak is not liable for damages arising from such conditions.
  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Meraki Lestari Indonesia harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or breach of these terms.

  1. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in this jurisdiction.

  • Revisions: We reserve the right to revise these terms periodically. The most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to engage with us following any changes, you accept the revised terms.
